Mrs. Dongol is a qualified Charetered Accountant & possesses wide range of accounting and auditing experience of trading companies, hydropower company, different consultancies and microfinance institution. She is member of ICAI as well as ICAN and holds BBS degree from Tribhuvan University. She has been associated with First Microfinance since June 2017 in Risk Management and Compliance Department. She has participated many trainings/conferences matching her job profile like: Risk Management Conference, Risk Based Internal Audit, NFRS Implementation to Microfinance Institutions and other trainings organized by Nepal Rastra Bank and First Microfinance on different relevant topics
