Mr. Neupane joined FMLB on July 2014 and has more than 23 years of working experience on different level in the field of Cooperatives and Micro finance. His expertise includes institutional capacity assessment, training and capacity development, Organizational analysis of Microfinance institution including co-operatives. Before Joining First Microfinance He worked as Senior Officer at Nepal Federation of Savings and Credit Co-operative Union Ltd (NEFSCUN) for 10 years. Before that he worked as Savings and Credit Officer for 4 years in Mountain Resources Management Group (MRMG). He had worked under Micro finance program of Centre for Self-help Development (CSD) for 3 years. He holds Master degree in Economics. He was participated in several Trainings, Seminars and Conferences with in the country and outside countries like Bangladesh, India, Korea, Sri Lanka Thailand, Philippines & Indonesia.
