Mr. Poudel is credited for developing concept of FMLB and involved in FMLB since its inception and joined FMLB as CEO since August 2009. His core professional expertise are in areas of Wholesale Microcredit, Risk Management, Institutional Assessment & Due Diligence, Strategy Development, Organizational Restructuring and Business Planning. Mr. Poudel was non executive director for 5 years altogether in HIN Ltd., Emerging Nepal Ltd., Global IME Bank Ltd. and NIFRA Bank Ltd. Mr. Poudel has also work experience of Central Bank of Nepal as Assistant Director for 3.5 years and as Joint CEO of Nepal Bank Ltd., Kathmandu for 1.5 years. He also possesses more than 5 years of experience in auditing, consultancy and other related services in capacity of Chartered Accountant in Nepal and India. He holds Chartered Accountants degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds MBA degree from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. He has participated in various National and International seminar and conferences in countries like India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, Netherlands and Malaysia.
